For the Lønforhandlingsløsningen (LFL) there has been given access to all union representatives and a selection of managers. This selection includes deans, head of departments, heads of secreariat and deputy directors of Shared Services.

If you do not have access to the system, but are in need of it, you must do the following:

Managers

If you, a manager, do not already have access to the system and are in need of it, you must fill out and send in the form Administration af ansvarsområder.

There will only be given access to managers of delegation level 1-5, as per Rector's Scheme of Delegation, as such there will not be given access to staff members holding positions of trust.

Union representatives

If you, a union representative, do not already have access to the system and are in need of it, please contact the HR Digitalisation team.

Please attach the official notification of your union representativeship, so that we can ensure correct registration in all relevant places.

NOTICE: As a union representative you will only have access to data of the employees of which you are responsible for negotiating on the behalf of. Should you as a main area or united union representative require data for all of the employees you represent as an extension of your role, please contact the HR Digitalisation team to recieve this.
