HR Well-being and Development Team
HR Well-being and Development (W&D) is a development team in AAU's HR-department that is responsible for AAU's strategic work with leadership development and leadership support.
W&D works closely with the rest of the HR-department on work environment initiatives, sick leave, leadership and team development. The core of the way in which the team works, is that we strive to be close to current agendas and challenges that AAU as an organisation is facing. The department does this through proactive collaborations with both their colleagues in HR and at the institutes.
