HR Salary Team
The HR Salary Team handles salary payments to employees at Aalborg University.
We work closely with the HR Partner Team, so that we can manage to get correct salary on time for all employees.
All salaries at Aalborg University are reported to Statens Lønløsning, and are paid via Nem-konto.
Services and guidance
- Training of newly recruited staff
- Holiday payment
- Accounting changes in wages
- Recharging of wages
- Timesheets from student employments and loosely affiliated staff
- Request of reimbursement for flexible jobs, wage subsidies and personal assistance
- Registration of sickness and maternity reimbursement
