HR Partner Team

The HR department's HR-Partners and HR-Consultants have a close partnership, where they work together to handle the majority of the day-to-day personnel administration in order to support the departments and units in their core activities in the best possible way, both professionally and service-wise.

The HR Partners and HR Consultants work in a theme-oriented manner in order to support the organisation with smooth procedures across teams and organisational units.

The HR-Partners and HR-Consultants provide, among other things, advice and administration regarding recruitment, resignations and appointments. Furthermore, the team has a dialogue with the dean's office, institutes and departments about handling a wide range of HR-themes and processes such as holidays, maternity leave, sick leave, salary negotiations and other managerial tasks.

We focus on ensuring flexible, timely and well-qualified HR-processes for the benefit of AAU as a whole, as well as HR-services of the highest quality.
The HR partner works relationally in the support of the individual manager, and is present at the individual departments and units for a significant part of his/hers working hours in order to ensure professional feedback, effective follow-up as well as building good working relationships.

The daily tasks are solved in close cooperation between the HR Partners and the HR Consultants, which is why there you can always get in touch with a relevant employee for any questions.

The HR Partner Team is part of the daily collaboration that exists in HR between the other teams in the department.
