HR Legal Team

HR Legal Team is a specialist team in AAU's HR department that supports tasks within personnel law and collective agreements across both HR and AAU as a whole. The team is thus an important partner for AAU and has many collaboration surfaces and supporting functions in cross-disciplinary projects and processes. HR Legal Team is, among other things, involved in supporting major reorganisations and other organisational change processes and continuously develops a wide range of personnel legal- and political procedures and guidelines.

The HR Legal Team works to ensure that the organisation is compliant within the personnel legal area, and the team therefore plays a central role when implementing new or updating pre-existing legislative areas. In addition, the HR Legal Team supports the cooperation agreement and serves the Main Cooperation Committee (HSU), the Joint Cooperation and Working Environment Committee in Joint Service (FSA) and the Personnel Policy Committee (PPU) and is responsible for the TR-area and local salary agreements.
