HR Digitalisation Team

Team HR Digitalisation is a specialist team in AAU's HR department that helps, optimises, operates and maintains our HR-data and HR-systems. This involves, among other things:

• To support a well-functioning digital system landscape both now and in the future in order to ensure valid HR data and well-functioning digital HR processes
• To provide data support for a wide range of processes and to perform various HR data extractions.

HR Digitalisation is thus a team that supports tasks and processes across the entire HR department, but which is also to a large extent partners to the rest of the organisation, in particular IT-Services and the Payroll department, and has many collaboration surfaces and supporting functions in cross-cutting projects and processes.
