The State Competence Fund
The State Competence Fund (Den statslige kompetencefond) is your opportunity to develop your skills for the future. It is for you who are employed by the state.

The fund pools are replenished with new funds three times a year. In 2024, it will be on February 6, May 22, and September 24 – all days at 10:00 AM. At that time, manager-approved applications can be submitted.

The Competence Fund contains five fund pools, which you can apply for depending on which agreement area you belong to. You can read more about each fund pool’s application processes, guidelines, positive lists, and how large an amount you can apply for competence funds.
